Jaime Lama F.

Mr. Lama holds a degree in Labor Psychology from Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge, US), Universidad de Belgrano (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Universidad Gabriela Mistral (Santiago de Chile). Over the past 17 years he has worked in Consulting and Human Resources Management at a number of companies. Based on this solid experience, he has specialized in the development and implementation of solutions in all areas of Talent Management, from executive searches and coaching to re-engineering of processes throughout an organization. Mr. Lama's prior work experience includes his six-year position as Office Managing Director & Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International Chile.
Hernán Irarrázaval V.
Mr. Irarrázaval holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from PUC, a Masters in Social Communication, and a Diploma in Business Management. He has solid professional experience in a number of private companies, where he headed up business areas that have a significant social impact. Through his work at Banco Santander's Banefe division and the Banco del Desarrollo, Mr. Irarrázaval is highly knowledgeable about the micro-business segment. He has a broad professional background in both training and in management and administration of institutions of higher learning. He has served as General Manger of Acción RSE, Chile’s only business organization dedicated to furthering Corporate Social Responsibility in the country. He is currently the director of the Business Ethics Program at Universidad Alberto Hurtado, and a professor for the diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility course offered by Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and teaches undergraduate courses at Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
